Stomach vacuums+jogging=great cardio workout!
I was jogging on my treadmill last night, and i realized that i forgot to do my stomach vacuums for the day, so i decided to do my stomach vacuums while jogging. Man, I gotta tell you that felt great! I could feel this great burning/tingling sensation in my lower abs and obliques, and well as part of my lower back. I really could feel the work being done there. I tried doing vacuums while sprinting, but it didnt work as well (couldnt run as fast).
Seriously, try it sometime if you havent done it already.
