PWO after jogging?
Right now I'm bulking and I want to incorporate 2-3 days of jogging for about 30 minutes on my off days. I have 2 quick question.
1) I want to go do my cardio right after my classes. I'd be having a shake in class at 10:00 with 60g oatmeal, 10g whey, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, as well as 2 fish oil pills and a all natural cheese stick. This is 385 cals, 9g fat, 50g carbs, 26g protein. If I started my jogging at 11:30, should I have something before since it would be 1.5 hrs. since my shake?
2) What should I have for a PWO shake after 20-30 minutes of jogging?

if you take anything directly before jogging, i would suggest BCAA's. anywhere between 5-15g would do you good. they are an anticatabolic supplement. if you are bulking, the chances of you getting catabolic arent that great anyways since you are probably eating big throughout the day. either way, make sure you get some nutrition in you after running. whey and oats are a good idea again at this time.

1. you'll be fine
2. BCAAs would be good to have right after jogging. Then as soon as possible have a meal with lean protein and complex carbs in a 1:1-2:1 carb to protein ratio.

So like a scoop of whey right after and then about 45 minutes-1 hour later some oatmeal, egg whites, skim milk?
Also, if I decided to do HIIT instead of jogging, would my 10:00 shake be sufficient if I don't do HIIT until about 11:20?

Treat it as you would a weights workout. Maybe a little more (maybe 10 or so grams) fructose.

If possible, have the oats, eggs, and milk right after jogging.
Yea, that would work. Just try it out and see if you have enough energy, which you should but you never know.
