Gonna Bulk Rough Diet How's it look

Well I'll post what I've ate so far today and tell you what the rest of the night looks like

8am protein shake no time for proper breakfast so shake and multivit and on my way to class
10am 8 egg whites 2 yolks salsa and a pack of apple cinnamon oatmeal
12 workout then i had a turkey and cheese sandwhich and some potatoe salad
1230: protein shake
230: can of white tuna and either a few crappers some bread or something of the sort
530m moms making soup for supper so i'll have a bowl or two
7pm prolly snack on veggies / fruit for the rest of the night
before bed: bowl of cottage cheese

Protein shakes are 2 scoops with i'd say 400-600 ml skim milk. Should I add more take anything out? I'm currently 6'1 200lbs and around 15-20 bf not totally sure but I want to put on 20 pounds or so before february or by mid february then cut for summer

That's a bulk diet it looks like something a girl can eat you weigh 200 lbs when i weighed 145 i was eating around 4,000 cals a day bulking. Maybe you are eating that much i could be wrong. I'd also eat 350 grams of protein a day since you weigh 200 lbs. I would have an 8 oz meat in each meal except in the morning eggs and egg whites.

yea dude thats not a bulk by any means, its more of a anorexic cutting diet.

You need way more cals bro.

Actually was wondering what would a good bulking diet look like, i know prolly around 4000 kcals but what would that look like

1 cup Oatmeal with 1 cup milk 2 eggs plus 30 gram protein egg whites for meal 1 Meal 2 - 6 can be a carb source with some fat since youre bulking and an 8 oz meat in each meal. An 8oz meat has about 50 grams of protein in it. You should eat a lot of steaks and chicken. I saw huge gains when i incorporated an 8 oz meeat in each meal. Ronnie coleman's pre contest diet was around 4,000 cals and he had an 8 oz meat in each meal except for breakfast where he has egg whites. I know youre not ronnie but ronnie's offseason calories intake is aroun 8,000 cals and he's like 320. If your 200 lbs you should eat eat around 4,000 cals a day with 350 grams of protein. It worked for me.
