Well I'll post what I've ate so far today and tell you what the rest of the night looks like
8am protein shake no time for proper breakfast so shake and multivit and on my way to class
10am 8 egg whites 2 yolks salsa and a pack of apple cinnamon oatmeal
12 workout then i had a turkey and cheese sandwhich and some potatoe salad
1230: protein shake
230: can of white tuna and either a few crappers some bread or something of the sort

m moms making soup for supper so i'll have a bowl or two
7pm prolly snack on veggies / fruit for the rest of the night
before bed: bowl of cottage cheese
Protein shakes are 2 scoops with i'd say 400-600 ml skim milk. Should I add more take anything out? I'm currently 6'1 200lbs and around 15-20 bf not totally sure but I want to put on 20 pounds or so before february or by mid february then cut for summer
