yestaday was the first day i had gone to a gym since ramadhan started. today is the 14th day of ramadhan, anyways yestaday i went gym during my fast and first of all i went for a weigh in and guess what, i had lost some weight. Before i had started ramadhan i weighed at 70.2kg and yestaday i weighed in at 67.7kg so i had lost 2.6kg within 2wks of ramadhan...coz that was my plan to start cutting in ramadhan due to glycogen levels depleting during the day and going to fat burning mode.
anyways what im getting at is, is it ok to lose that much in that period of time or am i overdoing it. i take it ez during the day with low/medium intensity on bike and walking on treadmill.
the supplement i am using is hydroxycut for fat burning and for a burst of energy during the day.
this cardio i do is like half hour before i break my fast so i can quickly get some oats in and a high protein bar and quickly snatch a chicken from kitchen
