I now got this fair big lumpish thing above my left teste and it hurts when you touch it, could if just be a a cyst of something worse? im scared now..

Go to the doctor ASAP man! My sister works in a doctors office, and the rule of thumb is if you notice something strange on your body that shouldn't be their then get it checked out quick. Don't worry for nothing, medicine is so far advanced as long as you get it diagnosed quickly they can fix most things.

more than likely its a tumor, you probably have testicular cancer and if you dont go to the doctor within a week or two.. you'll be too late and you'll end up losing that ball.. up to you
