Need Help With Diet
I weigh 235lbs. 6'0 tall and would like to go down to 190lbs. I calculated using three formulas my maintanace calories. It said they would be 3,300 per day. This is the diet I made up for myself. I am doing cardio for a half hour 4 days a week, only having a protein drink before and my carbs after. I am lifting 6 days a week in the afternoons. I am prob. around 22-25% bodyfat. How does this diet look and any suggestions for training, supplements, and nutrition would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Thank You in advance.
