Cutting Diet, what do you guys think?
This is less of bodybuilding cutting diet, and more of a cutting to be in shape diet. I start basketball in less than two months, and am looking to shed the excess fat for basketball. As of now, I am around 6 foot-6 foot 1 inch, and 194 pounds. I am looking to get down to around 170 by Thanksgiving. I am currently working out 4 days a week, with Legs on Monday, Chest/Tris on Tuesday, Wednesday off, Thursday Back/Bi's, and Friday Shoulders/? (whatever I feel is lagging, maybe a set of bench press). I do HIIT three times a week, plus a good hour-two hours of basketball three times a week as my cardio.
