What vegies do u recommend?
Ok, im looking for a veggie thats very portable and doesn't need any fork or spoon to eat it with, thats also good for u. For example, broccoli, green beans, and my favorite, sugar snap peas.
with the exception of carrots, can anyone recommend me a vegetable that fits the above question? thx.

broccli, like you said, is probably the best
i would try and stay away from lettuce because it will loose all of its water ect...
but cabbage on the other hand could be alright
celery is great and has loads of fiber and has been proven, PROVEN, to release feramones and what not that make you seem more attractive to the ladies
if you can handel them, haha, brussel sprout are extremely good for you and you can just pop them like pop corn!
i dunno if your going for any sort of energy source veggie, such as beans, so we will stay away from those for now
beleive it or not, pumpkin has loads of nutrients and you can get it in the can....drat! you need a spoon, o well, its great and its october so i figured id give it a chance
but hey, if you want more specific nutrients i.e. fiber ect.. just let me know, ill see what i can come up with

I would stay away from lettuce for the pure fact that it isn't that great of a vegetable. Almost worthless to humans. Anyways, broccoli is my favorite.

Cucumber!
probably my favorite veggie. you can keep in in a little plastic baggie in a fridge or something, then take it out and have a dip of some sort with it. it's very versatile: salad dressing, PB, etc... you can have it in slices or just buy a little cucumber dude and keep it around until you're hungry.
tomatoes (i know... they're fruit) are good too. your snap peas (excellent) are good, spinach leaves (not the popeye mash) are actually very good.
favorite lean lunch:
- tuna/veggie salad -
1 pack/can of tuna
some spinach leaves
sliced cucumber
a few mushroom dudes
drizzle of olive oil, w/ some salt and pepper
maybe a little low-carb cottage cheese or just some regular cheese (mozzarella!)
MAGNIFIQUE!

I'm picky when it comes to veggies so I only stick to the following; Baby Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Brocoli, Green Beans, Zuchini, Tomato (though technically a fruit). I love tomato especially and add it to nearly all my meals.
