I maintained a 135lb wrestling weight living off of Canadian McDonalds and Beer. so long as you do the Cardio to cover it, you should not have to worries,
but doing the cardio will be detrimental to mass building.

I think if you're stressing this much over a cheat meal you are extremely dedicated, but also have some to learn. 1 cheat meal wont ruin all your hard work, as long as the cheat meal does not become the everyday thing.

NO
If you're eating at Mc.Donalds EVER...you are NOT well educated, you are NOT dedicated to your health and wellness, and you are NOT gaining as quickly or clean.
Furthermore, working FOR Mc.Donalds shows just how worthless you probably are.
Take any ONE of their products and get it lab tested. Do you see now why you're an idiot? NEVER EAT FROM A FAST FOOD PLACE unless you're cooking the food and know what's in the frozen ****.
/end rant.

You are an Idiot. sorry to say that, I normally try and avoid flaming people but this is just stupid.
I worked for Mc Donalds, and loved it, Hope to work for them again some day ( as there software developer/consultant)
I agree Fast food is not as healthy as regular food, but its hardly garbage, I can't get the quality of chicken the Chicken McGrill has.
You can get the nutritional information for every Mc Donalds product off of the Mc Donalds website.
I implore you to tell the Doctors, and Engineers that I know who regularly eat at Mc Donalds and are in good shape that they are not well educated

I also eat Subway a lot but I don't eat a footlongs. I get a Turkey on Wheat with extra meat and veggies. A lot of protien and less carbs from all that fake wheat bread, and did I mention it's a lot cheaper then a footlong.

1: Tell me, they live in the US, correct? This is an arguing point all on its own.
2: So, how many of these people you know took the food to a lab and got it fully stripped and THEN tested every ingredient on their own body? ORRR...did they get their information from a label and a book or two? I think I know.
3: Stating that McDonalds has healthy food of any kind other than their water (which is probably filled with flouride and all sorts of ****) and thinking that the higher ups have no ill intentions ends this conversation. We don't agree, and I have experience on the matter of which you have none what-so-ever. Words of normal "doctors", no matter how "qualified" and well read they are, are just that. Words.

And thank YOU. Supersize me is one of the movies I've not seen but heard so much about. There is A LOT of proof behind the topic of fast food, and especially poor, lowly Mc. Donalds. I mean, I can see where it would be handy if you were poor and didn't have transprotation, but even then you need to find a street dealer for ramen or something, because even ramen and its lack of nutrients is probably better for you than the **** Mc.Donalds serves.
If you'll notice in that movie that was mentioned, this guy didn't JUST get fat. He lost muscle, his health was in EXTREME crisis, and emotionally he just seemed off.
(to those that argue) The only way for me to prove you wrong is for you to prove you wrong, it's as simple as that. I did my research. I've (sort of) concluded that the fast food business isn't the only one that does this sort of "body sabotage", but they're certainly a major cause of early death, or short lives, in america along with completely screwed up health and brainwashing.
For one, I promise that if you go from eating fast food and quit completely, eating only organic foods and meats without preservatives, you'll find yourself sick MAYBE once every 10 years. Best case, you'll stay healthy for the rest of your life...but knowing that it takes a lot of money to eat this way and that not many are dedicated enough to do so, most will be sick or unhealthy every once in a while, including me...
BUT
IF YOU EAT FROM MC.DONALDS, YOU'LL DIE AND GO TO A PERPETUALLY TORTUROUS AND INPROTUBERABLY INSOMNIATIC HELL!
...
<_<

Btw, sorry for flooding the topic, but I stopped drinking sodas and carbonated beverages (anything but milk, water, or juice) last year and a half...and I have to say, I feel great. I haven't been sick for 2 years, through two major flu seasons and everything. I kissed a girl with a horrible cold and never felt even a tingle the next day.
Then again, I haven't had fast food for the same amount of time, and I get more than enough fruits and veges to hold my health. : ) Protein's no problem, and I try to chose foods with better ingredients. Haven't had alcohol in the past year either. (Alcohol in small amounts is no worse for you than lifting weights, however...)
