Look how Kelly Robertson from ASR Sports treats people...

Hello everyone

I was one of the people who signed up for Kelly's free sample, He told us to go to his website, and sign up with all our details, and he would send everyone a free sample.
Well, the free sample never came, and all I got from him was spam email filling up my inbox. So I emailed Kelly about this saying stop spamming me untill i get my free sample you promised but never came. He emailed me back saying "**** you"

I think this is discusting...how he treats people, how does he expect to get any sales? All ASR does is spam people, and lie. ASR is a joke...I bet hes still going to send me spam mail expecting me to buy his rubbish products...NO WAY

I highly suggest everyone to aviod Kelly and ASR sports at all costs.

BTW, for those that dont know, his name is MassMaker on these forums.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll remember not to buy any of his products. If this is how he acts, who knows what else he'd do? He may even underdose the supplements.

This seems kind of fishy I have a hard time believing Kelly would be this dumb to treat his customers this way I mean really think about it a guy who has a struggling image on the boards already unless he is trying to run his company into the ground I don't know why he would do such a thing. A few things I noticed and Seroph4x just trying to clear a few things up so don't get offended but....

you respond to an email with the subject Re: update, but you get an email back with the subject title ASR support to me? You type an email to ASR sports usually an email address has a .com after it no?

I've never got any spam from ASR but sounds like this a real problem but Kelly has said to just send an email and he'd take you off list right? I don't think it's cool that he didn't get his samples out but sounds like he is having a lot of troubles getting his company up and going. I'd like to hear both sides of the story if this is infact true I'd be very disappointed in ASR sports and that may be there nail in the coffin on these boards.

nothing fishy about this, and please see the screen shot of the email, i use GMAIL. kelly keeps on doing stupid things, and many people get spam from him and are sick of it

I think Kelly owes everyone an explanation thats pretty low no matter how much your fed up with customers you can't treat them like that. Yea i would complain if i were you, send Ryan a pic of that email and tell him the story.

And if enough of us email and complain about him lying about sending out samples, and then just using the info to spam us with his site (trying to take business away from bb.com), i'm sure Ryan may be pissed.
