new flying reptile (giant pterosaur) discovered, largest ever
newly found fossil remains have been pieced together, uncovering what is now the biggest flying prehistoric reptile. it was originally thought that the biggest was Pterosaur (with a wingspan of 10m, 30ft), the newly dug up fossil remains show that the giant pterosaur discovered had a wingspan of 20m, 60ft, thats twice the wingspan of the pterosaur. It is also suggested that they were highly manoeuvrable in flight, as they had low slung wings attached below the main mass of their bodies (resembling the same design of a Spitfire-which made it so good at aerial combat)
