Nothing wrong with occasional "treat days". Just keep it moderation and perspective.
I swore off sweets three years ago when I began lifting. The last few months, I will have an occasional chocolate bar...usually can only have a few bites and give the rest to my daughter. Too sweet. Same thing with sugary colas and forget about donuts.....too greasy. Will sometimes make myself a very small bowl of sugared ice cream...anything more and cant eat it.
But like I said, these are "Treats", not complete meals.
My birthday is coming up and will be 54, so my husband will be getting me a chocolate fudge cake. That is going to last me a very, very, long time...and my kids may end up with most of it anyway.
