Red face oh give me strength! please!! cocolate is the death of me!

i have lost a lot of weight i'm a very healthy girl i weigh 113 pds i'm 19 5'5 i've been traing well builing some tone i finnally really was impressed with the results i was getting.... well then all of a sudden all at once i started to break... eating candy here and there and now i'm away from home for a weeding for a week.. yah id admit i know you gotta live a little and induldge... i wanted to do that and at first i didn't even feel guilty but then as soon as the night comes.... and i find a frezzer full of ice cream (you would never find junk in my cupboards...) i start off with one bowl an d load it with everything...wre talking fudge cocolate bars coconut banannas whipping cream.....i even put a doughnut in my sundae as well as cookies like comom!!!!! that's rediculous!!! well if that's not bad enough.. i don't just have one i have at least three servings untill i feel sooo sick even puke a little i also will not hesitate to eat a peice of white bread .... something i haven't had in like 7 years with lots of butter... anouther something i haven't had in years!!! i have been eating this crap for like a week now!!!!!! i even had cocolate cake for a midmorning snack!!!!!! i have never heard of anybody eating this much i'm tottally descusted with myself!!!!!! but like what is wrong with me i cannot stop!!!!!!!!! am i going to completely balloon up in like a day or two! i have to fit into my tini bridesmaid dress in two days.... will a year of hard training go down the drain will my well sculpted toned abs and ass disapeir???? has anyone everdone this much bindgeing???? i need to stop i think it could turn into a problem and it's making me depressed!!!!! like i have been having like at least 3500 cals a day again i'm only 113 pds and 5'5 i usually consume 1700 cals of clean eating a day and i'm traing on those days!!! is there any way my motabolisim is so good it will just use it up.. or my muscle maybe needed it!! lol i think that's wishful thinking!!



i also would like to know if any ladies in here have ever lost the period while traning... i lost my for a year and i went to the gyno my esrtogen level were very low i also had liek no testosteron see told me to go on birth control and that i had to put on some weight!!! as soon as i went on birth controll i finnally got my period back.... and i'm on it right now.. i think all my cocolate cravings are coming from that as well because my hormones are changing soo much......

Nothing wrong with occasional "treat days". Just keep it moderation and perspective.

I swore off sweets three years ago when I began lifting. The last few months, I will have an occasional chocolate bar...usually can only have a few bites and give the rest to my daughter. Too sweet. Same thing with sugary colas and forget about donuts.....too greasy. Will sometimes make myself a very small bowl of sugared ice cream...anything more and cant eat it.

But like I said, these are "Treats", not complete meals.

My birthday is coming up and will be 54, so my husband will be getting me a chocolate fudge cake. That is going to last me a very, very, long time...and my kids may end up with most of it anyway.

thanx girls... it seemed like everything befor was too sweet but now all i want is candy and chocolate it's making me crazy ... any body else done this bad of a binge and not gained a pound??? and what about the mestal thing.. any women experienced this?
