They look good to me. Id say go for it. Its natural and unprocessed, and can be a part of a balanced meal plan. Yumm, sounds good. I just hope you dont have a drug test after you eat a whole bunch. LOL, I dont know how many you would have to eat for that, its prolly a myth.
Have a good day.

There have been stuudies on saturated fats in produce (nuts) being far less harmful to you than animal fats. I personally think they are fine. Look up coco nut oil, they have looked into that type of saturated fat as being ok to eat. If its in moderation, there really shouldnt be a problem. Besides there are far more good for you fats, mono and polly in these seeds to balance it out. AND, you would have to eat A LOT of seeds to make an impact like that.
Between poppy seed vs butter, Id take the seeds.

As far as I know, poppy seeds contain opium, (well, sac of poppy flower is a source of opium) so if you are not going for any drag test any time soon, you can have them as often as you do. In a large quantities poppy seeds have sedative effect. If a person falls asleep in field of poppy flowers, there is a big chance that this person will not wake up. I hope you are not eating 150 gm of poppy seeds on a daily basis

I was just about to say the same thing...regaurding poppy seeds and drug tests; my older brother was going into the military, and my mom always makes poppyseed bread. Well he ate some, and failed his test. When we figured it out, we explained it, they retested, and he got in...just a tip, eater beware!!!

the poppy seeds themselves dont contain opium, but there can be opium residue on the surface of the seeds that rubbed off from the poppy pods... either way, its just trace amounts, and 150 grams of seeds wouldnt be enough to get any opiate effects off of... a non-tolerant person would need to wash and consume the residue from about 500 grams of seeds in order to catch a nod, so i wouldnt worry about failing a drug test... and 500 grams is a hell of alot of seeds, it fills up a 2-liter bottle a little more than halfway, i doubt anybody would be eating that many in a short period of time... also, many brands of poppy-seeds are "prewashed", and contain no opium residue at all
(dont ask why i know this)
