Cardio at 6am on empty stomach or 5pm after last carb meal??
Is it THAT much of a difference for me to get up at 6 tomorrow and do 60 minutes fasted cardio or will I get almost the same result from doing 60 minutes at 5pm after my last carb meal of the day???
Fasted state will most definately help you burn fat much quicker. Just be careful as I lost a lot of muscle as well as fat doing that for several months.
