Derek's BCAA 2 part Article

Hey guys,

Just read this article and it's VERY informative. Only thing I didn't get was if Derek was taking 50 gms daily 7 days a week, or just on workout days? While bulking he gained 7 lbs. lean mass and lost 3 lbs fat in 4 weeks if memory serves me right...... Amazing Please help me out, I wanna start my xtend mega dosing tommorrow.
