Stuffed Crust
Does anyone know how many calories are in a large stuffed crust cheese and tomato pizza from pizza hut?

A pdf from the Pizza Hut site had 350 calories per slice with cheese only. It didn't say what size pizza that slice is from however. I'm assuming 12 slices which would give you 4200 cals.

Actually, it does say how big a slice is - just went to the nutrition calculator to find out. For 1 piece of large stuffed crust pizza:
Serving weight: 161g
Fat: 12g
Carbs: 43g
Protein: 16g
I'm usually pretty anal when it comes to nutrition - when I do have pizza (which isn't too often), I always whip out my trusty digital scale and weigh how much pizza I'm having. I just figure that this is more accurate than having any four pieces and assuming that each piece has the same nutrition. Even then it won't be 100% accurate, because if a piece does weigh more than a serving size, it may be because there's extra sauce, or extra dough, of a few extra pieces of peperoni, etc.
Like I said, though, I'm a stickler for that stuff

Well, calories in vs. calories out is ultimately the determining factor on whether or not you gain or lose weight.
Yes there's a difference between clean food and junk, but whatever.
