buffalo wings
I just got back from Buffalo Wild Wings, MMMMM. Anyway, no ****, I know they're bad, I was just wondering how they are actually cooked, do they deep fry them? Yea, if anyone was ondering the cheat consisted of 30 wings and a grilled bbq chicken sandwich.

wings
Buffalo wings are made either breaded or plain. To bread them, they dip them in a mixture of eggs and milk, then flour. Then the wings (either breaded or plain) are deep fried in a mixture of peanut oil and vegetable oil until they float. Then they are covered in a mixture of butter and Franks Red Hot sauce, or any other type of sauce. Soooo good, and sooo bad for ya. While your at it, dip them in some Blue Cheese dressing, and wash it down with a beer....what the hell!!
Alternative- Pan fry thin chicken strips plain, and dip in Franks Red Hot sauce, and low fat blue cheese. Good tasting snack!!

BW3's........deep frys
I went to the brand new one in Westland Michigan last Saturday.
Man was it cool inside 40 tv sets and there were tv's over the urinals in the bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!
They have wrap sandwichs that are pretty tasty, and not too bad health wise.........

are you asking this question of ALL buffalo wings in general or just about the place you got your wings?
I'm not sure of Buffalo Wild Wings but most restaurants, especially bar/restaurants fry their wings, unbreaded.
When I have a craving for wings, my local supermarket has breaded, BAKED chicken wings, still probably not to healthy but it's healthier then having all that deep fried oil slopped on the wings.
Or i'll just make my own wings, on the grill or oven.

Ya just cut up your chicken into strips, throw evyerthing into a zip-lock bag. Pour in like a cup of frank's redhot sauce or tabasco(take your pick flavour wise) and let it marinate in the fridge for a day or two. Then slap it on to a hot grill and cook for 6 minutes per side. Delish! and also quite healthy.

lol, I wasn't asking "grill or oven" or how to make them, I was just saying that I just make my own either on the grill or oven, doesn't matter which.

You can either do it with boneless skinless then cut into strips like swiftyer said or you can buy a package of wings (from the butchers market, usually pretty cheap for a bunch) then take the skin off yourself before cooking, if you want the real chicken wing effect with the bones.

Great idea! I am going to try that! I love wings but won't eat them for obvious reasons.

Man, today I'll be back there for the legs! Yesterday was 35cent wings and today is 50cent legs. I'll prolly do 15-20 legs and another grilled chicken sandwich, nothing like a cheat day back to back!

You need to go buy a good book on technical analysis (Murphy or Ping). It'll save you some money you are losing right now. Currently BWLD has resistance at 31.65 and is basing in a bear flag. The next support level is 27.50 which would be almost another 3 point loss if it breaks down from the bear flag. Thanks for a good stock to watch for a possible short.

All this damn talk of chicken wings is making me insane...i'm going to make some on the grill tonight, except I don't have wings on hand, so i'll just do buffalo strips w/ some fat free ranch. Good times.

Made some spicy chicken strips on the grill last night, they were delicious. Just thought I'd share.
