Favorite Vegetable
What is your favorite vegetable? I'd have to say mine is either brocolli or green beans.

That's my preference, or just slightly steamed for about a minute after the water is in a rapid boil. Turns the broccoli bright green and brings out just enough flavor.
My second choice in veggies is spinach. Third: green bean. Fourth: Cauliflower.
I eat mostly spinach, 2 cups at two meals a day, for my pre-contest prep.

I like broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Combined together they are known as the "California Blend". I buy frozen bags. I just dump a bag into the Hefty Store & Serve interlocking bowls, then microwave (steam zap) for three minutes. Yeah, I eat the whole damn bag full. It's only about 125 calories -with a nice poop in the bargain.
