poppy seeds
What up guys, I have a question for y'all.... I'm european and I've been eating a lot of poppy seeds lately,
200g of pasta,150g of poppy seeds,250g no sodium cottage cheese,2tablespoons of honey That's like the greatest meal of all time
I train really hard everyday for about 2 hours and then do cardio for 30mins,bulking up, but anyways my QUESTION IS are poppy seeds healthy???? they contain alot of minerals and stuff but I just want to hear some of your opinions
