Red face Cashew Digestion

As usual I drank like a fish last night. It was awesome.
As usual I got the drunk muchies. This is where my question begins.

I got hungry and ate a 16.5 oz bag of cashews and cashew halfs.
The entire bag.

I have been ****ting all morning and noticed that there is a large ammount of the cashews that aren't digested. [still practicaly whole].

When your body doesn't fully digest things like this, do you get the nutrition or calories from them?

No, you don't. Not all, anyway. And in this case that was probably a good thing. But hulled grains (like corn) only appear to come out whole, while they are almost entirely digested. Not really so with nuts.

Looks like you ate a pile and the alcohol was not helping matters with regards to your digestion. You should probably watch your drinking. The older you get, the more that sort of thing tends to undermine your efforts with regards to diet and exercise.

also if you were super drunk, chances are you weren't paying the closest attention to chewing all your food thouroughly... so if you're swallowing large large chunks, don't be surprised if they come out the same way (especially when you eat that many)

good god. look at those calories from fat!!!

oh and that alchohol 0g, that was definatly surpassed with another supplement I tend to use as a staple.
