Unhappy overtraining leading to muscle pulls? HELP!

i've been training my legs very hard for a good year i'd say

about 4 months ago, i partially tore my right hamstring playing soccer. it was tough, but after two weeks i was back working out my legs. unfortunately this led to me getting tight hamstrings, which messed up my lowerback, hip flexors and other hamstring, so yes 2 months after my right hamstring incident, while playing rugby i pulled the other one. so i i went to see a specialist. finally in august, both hamstrings are better and i'm slowly gettng to point where i can touch my toes while stretching. but now.... a new problem...

my upper, inner back of the thigh, i think its my adductor/gracilius, in both legs are hurting. and i can't find a way to stretch them, i've tried everything, the only thing that comes remotely close to stretching them is pulling my thigh to my chest.

so finally my question is, could overtraining be leading to the new probelm...

my leg routine during soccer season and rugby season and now in the offseason has been.

6 sets squats (after the pulls for two weeks i switched to leg press)
4 sets lunges (i think these are what are hurting my inner thighs)
4 sets ham curls

gimme advice, or anyhting that may help... i need to get back on the field, and i need to be able to sprint again.....

Sled pulls are excellent for building the hams and glutes, Hill sprints are also excellent as well. I would drop the lunges and hamstring curls as they don't really have any carryover to playing soccer in my opinion. If you really want to work the hamstrings then i suggest doing deadlifts, and go back to doing squats if you can, they are far superior to the leg press. Make sure your technique is spot on otherwise more injuries will follow.

should i do these sled pulls and hillsprints beofer squats, then go to the gym and do them? or should i just have a squat/deadlift day all on their own, and do hillsprints as a for of cardio?
