QUESTIONS
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
What is missing in my diet? Am I getting all the vitamins, minerals and anti-oxiants I need?

Would this diet be good for clean bulking?

Am I getting too much fat from supplements and not enough from real food?

Are my pre and post workout shakes good? Could they be better?

Do I need to add natural peanut butter to the before bed shake? The protein is slow digestion anyway.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
SUPPLEMENT QUESTIONS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Are the multi-vitamin, EFA's, herbal tea and greens drink supplements I have mentioned the best ones available to me?

When is the best time to Take NOW ADAM (2 tablets daily)?

When is the best time to take The Total EFA (3 capsules daily)?

When is the best time to take NOW Green PhytoFood (one 9g serving daily)?

When is the best time to take PrimaForce Lean Green (2 capsules daily)?

I am thinking about taking NOW ADAM 5 days a week, Pure Essence Life Essence once a week and Universal Animal Pak once week because they are packed with different stuff. Is this a good idea?

On the AST VP2 information page they recommend that I mix Ny-Tro Pro-40 with AST VP2 in my preworkout shake. Should I include it? If I should, do I still need to take my mutli-vitamin?

Yes, for the simple fact that the good fats promote a more healthy hormone environment while you're sleeping (when most muscle growth takes place).

Is this diet good for optimum health and performance? Is there anything I do not need or anything I should add? Too many supplements? Thanks
