Cashews
Mainly omega 3 or omega 6?
I ask because planters halves and pieces cashews, one ounce has:
3g saturated fat
2.5 polyun
8 monun
120mg sodium
7g carb
0g sugar
6g protein

and it tastes delicious. But I don't want to eat THAT many omega 6's...
