KFC no skin

I know this question has been asked before and I did a search but...

to avoid looking like the office "health freak" since it is apparently everyones business that I eat tuna or chicken or beef and a good carb every day for lunch...do you think that kfc chicken is still lean healthy chicken after i pull the skin off or do you think that the oils have saturated it fully?

I ask only becuase tommarow is an office lunch on the roof to watch the Blue Angels for the seattle SEafair and EVERYONE will be eating KFC.. I can pull the skin off and get no 'weird' looks, because Im not going to bring my own chicken breast to the party!

Thanks for any imput

Why worry about "weird" looks? I don't

But, yes, removing the skin from KCF chicken will be healthy. Nearly all of the fat will be contained in the breading and skin and will not have saturated the meat. Just don't get tempted by the mashed potatoes and gravy or the fried potato wedges, haha.

Just get original and make it a cheat meal ,,, hmmm yummie

The grease will saturate more than just the skin while cooking
