poppy seeds

hey fellas, I just wanted to ask about what do u think of poppy seeds? i put them on pasta with some cottage cheese and honey in the bulk up diet.... nobody seems to use them as healthy fats? why is that? been searching a lot and they have a great nutrient profile

All i know about poppyseeds is that they made Elaine piss a false positive on Seinfeld. If you say they have a great profile, I believe it, since I consider seeds in general to be nutritious.
