new cutting diet!!! what do you think
Hey, this is not all my diet, I found some of it off the internet but I forgot were, lol. Any ways, Im 166 6'0 and Im not sure what bf but i need to lose another oh, 7 pounds of fat to see my lower abbs. I am running 4 days a week, not walking like it says (20 minute walk, no like a 30 minute run).
I wanted a diet that does not consist of the same every day and this looked prety good, what do you think? my goal is to try to start my first bulk by september/october.
Monday-carb day)
20-minute walk
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs
(4 whites and 1 yolk)
One serving cream of rice
Green tea
Mid-Morning:
1/2 cup Non-fat cottage cheese
15 almonds
Lunch:
Lettuce salad with 3 oz. of chunked chicken
Reduced-calorie dressing
Diet soda
Mid-Afternoon:
3 - 4 slices of deli-style turkey
1 cup of raw veggies with lowfat dip
Green tea
5:00 pm:
30-45 minutes of weight training (upper body)
1 piece of fruit after workout
Dinner:
Grilled chicken
Steamed vegetables
Crystal Light
Tuesday (Low-carb day)
20-minute walk
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs
(4 whites and 1 yolk)
One slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter
Green tea
Mid-Morning:
3 - 4 slices of deli-style turkey
1 cup of raw veggies with lowfat dip
Green tea
Lunch:
Lettuce salad with 3 oz. of chunked chicken
Reduced-calorie dressing
Diet soda
Mid-Afternoon:
1/2 cup Non-fat cottage cheese
15 almonds
5:00 pm:
30 minutes of interval-style cardio
Dinner:
Grilled salmon
Steamed vegetables
Crystal Light
Wednesday (Medium-carb day)
20-minute walk
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs
(4 whites and 1 yolk)
One slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter
Green tea
Mid-Morning:
1 container low-fat yogurt
1 banana
Green tea
Lunch:
1/2 tuna sandwich made with lowfat mayo
1 cup of raw veggies with lowfat dip
Diet soda
Mid-Afternoon:
1/2 cup Non-fat cottage cheese
15 almonds
5:00 pm:
30-45 minutes of weight training (lower body)
1 piece of fruit after workout
Dinner:
Grilled steak
Steamed vegetables
Crystal Light
Thursday (Low-carb day)
20-minute walk
Breakfast:
Three strips of turkey bacon
One serving cream of rice
Green tea
Mid-Morning:
3 - 4 slices of deli-style turkey
1 cup of raw veggies with lowfat dip
Green tea
Lunch:
Lettuce salad with 3 oz. of chunked chicken
Reduced-calorie dressing
Diet soda
Mid-Afternoon:
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
15 almonds

If it was me, I would ditch the diet soda, crystal light, yogurt if not plain, deli turkey, low fat dip, turkey bacon, cream of rice (add oatmeal instead), and probably add hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled depending on the time I have in the morning.

why would you drop the cold cut deli turkey? first of all, I agree with droppign the diet soda and crystal light though, and cream of rice. I will alternate between hb and scrambled.

It's processed and gross. If anything I would bake a whole turkey myself and carve out some thin slices.
