my question is how you guys watch pay per views in your dorm rooms? is there some way to order it or somehwere to go?

Depends where you live dude. Some college hangouts and bars have the PPV for free. If you don't feel like doing that, you can try to find a live internet feed or something.

I go to Hooters and Buffalo Wild Wings. At my univ, there's no way to get PPV in the dorms

when i was in college i took a long break from wrestling. i missed a lot of good stuff, too, but i simply didn't have the time to watch.

for ppv's, there are many places that show them, but i used to watch them with a bunch of friends in high school (wrestling was hugely popular then). we would just split the costs among us, then watch it at someone's house. we had a lot of fun.

You could always download them the next day from torrent sites, or you can watch them at wwe.com for a discounted price.
