What are the benifits of a sauna?
so i can't remember if the a sauna helps with you skin, i think someone told me that it cleans your pores, but i'm not 100% sure if it was the sauna that does that. is it? i have used to have preety bad acne, not its just moderate, so now i have alot of scars, especially bacne scars, would the sauna help that?
what else is a sauna good for? and if i were to go in one, how long should i be in tehre for?

a sauna will be good for relaxing, getting laid, and helping with DOMS
that pretty much sums it up

Sauna is great for
1- losing water weight
2- cleaning your body out of toxins (1 hour in the sauna will cleanse the average person's body of as many toxins as they lose in their pee throughout one week)
3- relaxing you
4- opens your pores up (the heat causes this), so if you wash your face right after the sauna, yes it can be very good for your skin
I try to hit the sauna 2-3 times a week. It's very relaxing. The first few days it will feel very hot, might even feel hard to breath, but after a week it is all relaxing and not uncomfortable at all (from my expierence).

600 calories an hour? hahahha. If that was the case, people would just sit in the sauna all day long and never do any cardio. You won't burn any calories by sitting in a hot room. You'll sweat a lot, but you'll just gain the weight back whenever you drink something next.
