Front squats just never seemed to work out for me.....I just couldn't seem to figure out the form.
I think Zerchers are a real functional strength builder......since when you pick up a heavy box or something, you're holding it in front of you, rather than on top of your shoulders or on the backs of your shoulders.
You'll feel them in your legs, lower back, upper back, shoulders and arms. Your abs will also likely be sore as hell the next day. Good stuff
Edit: Also, I recommend using the foam pad on the bar.....it makes it a lot easier on your arms.
