MY TRANSFORMATION (April 2004 - July 2005)
I was bored the other night, so I looked through our photo album on the computer and I was stunned by how skinny and bad I looked when I never worked out.
So I've decided to gather pics of me - starting from when I never ever touched even a dumbell, to me NOW.
Backstory:
- The 1st time I touched a single weight in my WHOLE LIFE was on 'December 21st 2004'.
- I weighed 128lbs in December '04, so relatively the same back from when I show you the start of the album, April 2004 (Easter), maybe a little lighter, but either way, I was still well underweight!
- I pretty much just started my WORKING OUT/BODYBUILDING properly (Dieting and properly working out at the gym) on 'June 8th 2005' - 5 weeks ago.
- But I did however start Weight Training with dumbells before then back in 'December 21st 2004'. - So I had 6 months worth of dumbell training, before I started at the gym.
- When I got to the gym, I weighed 134lbs, now I weight 140lbs.
So...
6 month of dumbell training - 6lbs
5 weeks of gym - 6lbs
I never really knew I changed my body so much till last night. I'm so happy I started doing weights... And since I am now dieting, taking supplements and have a membership at a gym with proper whole body workout routine, my gains will continue.
This has seriously built my confidence and dedication to a whole new level.

In the picture April 05 O2, u look like a slobby pig no offense. I think u were tensing to much and looked like ur head were gonna pop. But looking good man seriousley good work, u shud be proud.
