Believe it or not, eating more often is actually a better way to burn fat! As long as you are keep your total calorie intake at or below maintenance level, you will stay the same or lose fat, but eating often, like six times a day, will increase the amount of calories you burn, and speed your metabolism up. Cutting out this meal is probably not a good idea. How about you find your maintenance calorie count (formulas can be found in the forums here by using the search key) and divide your meals up evenly (maybe a little more for breakfast) over 6 meals a day? This would be very advantageous for you! I promise! Skipping a meal is just slowing your metabolism down.
As a side note, any bread that you eat should be 100% whole wheat, and even if it says that on the package it is likely not. Make sure you get true whole wheat bread or rolls. This will ensure that you aren't getting useless calories.
