does CLA cause yoyo effect?
Are there anyone try CLA for a long period ? does it has any side effect ?
As far as I read the articles, CLA can reduce some body fat from the body. However, I want to know the sideeffect and does it safe for the long term use? Last question, CLA may cause yoyo effect once I stop using them or not ?

much better options out there. look into sesathin or any number of efa products instead of cla.....of course diet must be in check first.

CLA is not cost effective IMO. Unless you can get it for free in LARGE quantities... skip it.
Once you have fine-tuned your diet, cardio, training, and protein intake if you are STILL looking to SUPPLEMENT for fatloss start here:

I've been taking high doses of NOW CLA for the past five months of my cutting cycle. No side FX, and I've lost about 43 pounds. Of course, the importance of proper diet and cardio cannot be overstated.

Thanks very much for all reply,
Now, I have proper nutrition every meal. I try to keep carbohydrate down and raise amount of protien. I do split food to small 5 meals, too. some meal, I do not take any carbohydrate.
however, just control the proper nutrition could not keep the body fat down. As far as I read, I need to do cardiovascular exercise. But now I have no time to go to fitness (I have to off workout and exercise for a short period.)
So that, I looking for some nutrition that can keep my body fat down while I can't workout at fitness. (I can do some bench press/drumbell curl at my home but that's not a full body work out anyway.)
Anyway, I will check the link you gave me first.

CLA is a proven fat-fighter, just check MD and you'll know because they don't bull anything. but it stated that 4.5 g a day is what you need for CLA to be effective, so get enough of it and it WILL help.

Not sure what database that is, but wouldn't that be a small concern for a fatty acid? I myself am a little skeptical of how effective CLA is but I assume too much can't be worst than what most people (like the kind that eat Mc Donald's twice a day) eat anyway.
