Blew nose hard, something got messed up?
For the past month, any time I lay down, my nose gets stuffed up to the point of me having to breathe through my mouth. Since I am getting over strep, this irritated the hell out of my throat, so last night, I went downstairs and blew my nose for about 5 minutes. I guess I tried too hard, and I felt something kind of pass through, like the damn snot would have usually felt. Only thing is, it was a whitish thing, it looks almost like cartilage, and I can't figure out if that's what it is. I tried yanking it out, and I felt nothing at all, but it didn't seem to want to budge. Is it even possible to blow cartilage through your nose if you do it too hard?
I can still see the object, whatever the hell it is if I look in a magnifying mirror, but I can't reach it right now.
