Talking Cashews, pistachios etc

I know cashews and pistachios are not at the top of the list for the best quality nut but they taste really good...lol anyways i was just wondering: if you consume a large quantity of these (as if you were on atkins but youre not) how would you carry out the rest of your day diet wise?? would you keep it low carb due to the high amount of fat intake?? I know this sounds like a cheating thread question but I was wondering what your thoughts are?!?!?!?

tasty they are alright, high in calorie they are alright.
but some how i was able to eat cahswes{not more than a fist full of them{20 cahswes as my snack and an apple, it kept me "unhungry" for 6-7 hours.
i think they are ok if you not over eat them.

Why wouldnt you just adjust the rest of your fat intake so that it fits into your macros?? Eat less fats from other foods. Doesnt that seem like a reasonable answer?

lol..now that i look back at my question it was actually a 2 parted question and i posted the whole question on the carb cycling thread...i know about adjusting the macros for the rest of the day (common sense)...my whole question was asking how the body adjusts with a low carb/higher fat (possibly >100gm) then the next day switching to a higher carb/lower fat day....how does the body adjust this quick change in macros??? say youre eating >100gm fat, carbs as low as possible, then the next day you have >100gm carbs, low fat....is the fat eaten the day before affected by the increase in carbs??? hope it makes sense
