lol..now that i look back at my question it was actually a 2 parted question and i posted the whole question on the carb cycling thread...i know about adjusting the macros for the rest of the day (common sense)...my whole question was asking how the body adjusts with a low carb/higher fat (possibly >100gm) then the next day switching to a higher carb/lower fat day....how does the body adjust this quick change in macros??? say youre eating >100gm fat, carbs as low as possible, then the next day you have >100gm carbs, low fat....is the fat eaten the day before affected by the increase in carbs??? hope it makes sense
