Healthy homemade Granola Parfait recipe
Granola Parfait I make
Ingredients needed
dannon low fat vanilla yogurt
almonds
cranberrys
bag of shredded coconut
raisins
oats
Directions:
take the almonds & oats, and cut them up, make them into nice and tiny peices.
next, take ALL the ingredients, MINUS the yogurt, put into a bowl.
now, mix with a SMALL amount of honey, and olive oil.
Then, put it all into a pan, and into the oven at 350 degrees for about 10-15minutes(depends on the oven).
NOW, once its all done........
take a cup, put some of the granola mix into the cup, then put 1 scoop of the yogurt, then top of with more granola, and there you go, a nice healthy alternative to eating some crap.
Enjoy fellas......its very good, trust me.

lol I just went shopping today now I g2g pick up some ingrediants,but that sounds awesome JC.I also like to snack on baby carrots

yea, this is truly a delicious snack for me!
i make a bunch of it, it lasts me weeks, it doesnt go bad either.
its really good and its got good nutritional value.

oh yea, i make them at work(i work preparing food at a corporate cafeteria).
im gonna calculate the nutrional breakdown this week, probably tuesday cuz monday is a holiday.
