Religion Vs.Science The Old Debate

for people who say Science can't explain everything... ad a yet to the end of that science is very new and we have only sctatched the surface of what is out there i mean the size of the known universe is over 10 billion Lightyears in diameter and growing by the size of our solar system every millionth of a second so when we at least explore our little niche of the galaxy then start disproving things. One of the big differences between science and religion is that one is a theory and the other is a belief.

Theories are tested through the scientific method.

1) Observe some aspect of the universe.
2. Invent a tentative description, called a hypothesis, that is consistent with what you have observed.
3. Use the hypothesis to make predictions.
4. Test those predictions by experiments or further observations and modify the hypothesis in the light of your results.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until there are no discrepancies between theory and experiment and/or observation.

Beliefs are guesses about the unknown. Accept or reject but don't question -- HAVE FAITH. Faith is never having to ask why.
