diff. things w/ choc. whey
im kinda gettin bored w/ the regular scoop of choc. whey protein mixed w/ milk. anyone else got any other variations or ingredients to put in?

hmm, i have the same thing, chocolate whey with milk, but i add ice cubes to make it nice and cold, also do u stir your whey bc i did that n it was really clumpy then a poured it into a cup with a top and shook it for a few seconds n it disolved perfectly

yeah, i just stir it w/ a spoon. ill try what you said, i don't like drinking the clumps....makes me wanna throw up. thanks.

Grind up some oats and chuck those in. Also a pinch of cinnamon in a whey shake is good.

i put 2 packets of splenda, a banana, 2 cups of ice, 1.5 cups skim milk sh*ts off the hook

yeah i agree the clumps r nasty when u have to drink em, even though the flavor of the shake is good the clumps kill it.
Anyway put it in a cup or something with a top so u can shake it like i sed earlier just shake it for a few seconds and its perfect no clumps no nothing.
Unless you wanan put it in ablender but im to damn lazy to go clean out a blender every time i use it gets to be a pain in the ass, and also i know heating it will make it disolve quicker but i wouldnt reccomend heating ur whey
