Fish Cakes for Carb Refeed

Anyone know how good these would be for a refeed? I can't find the nutritional info anywhere. I know they're probably more carb than protein (just as much potato as minced fish), but i'm not sure how low fat they would be. If they are low in fat i would imaging they would be the perfect refeed food.

Btw i'm talking about the pre-made fish cakes sold in bulk, not ones you make yourself. Basically potato and minced fish in cake form, with a bit of batter on the outside.

Trouble is, anything that comes with batter has already been cooked, usually in some form of transfats. But if it is a commercial product, there should be a nutritional info panel somewhere.

If possible, make your own. Potato, white fish, herbs, spices, maybe an egg white to bind it, then dry fry or bake it. Perfect for refeed.
