Vodka, the same when frozen and warm?

My first shot ever was a frozen 50ml bottle of absolut vodka. Does it make a difference if its taken chilled or warm? Are the effects the same?

the only difference is that its alot easier to take shots of cold liquor than warm, atleast for me anyway.

I like it when its soo cold that when you pour it it cracks the ice. I keep a bottle in the freezer.
