Holiday Workout - Reps will be given
Hey i want to have a simple workout i can do in my hotel room while i wait for my family to get ready in the morning. I just wanna keep the toning that ive worked so hard for to stay for 2 weeks! Wanna mainly work on abs, chest and shoulders
Im going to swim and run on the beach so i can burn off the booze from the day before, ne ideas on a simple workout for my body to keep it toned?
reps will be given
Thanx

LOL I was about to tell you off for doing the damn "i'll give reps" thing...but after seeing you have absolutely zero repping power...prieceless
Do bodyweight exercises.

If you want chest, shoulders, tri's and your in your room do pushups. There really good for chest if wide grip, narrow is more tri's. Do a couple sets of as many as possible during the day. Just my opinion, good luck

You also have under 50 posts.
Also...It was in reference to you saying it in your title...not the fact you don't have repping power.
And to be fair, I did give you my response at the end of the post

Close arm push ups for tri's
Wide arm push ups for chest
Pike push ups for shoulders
Crunches for Abs
Take one of those bars that fit into doorways and then you have yourself pull ups which can be adapted for back or bi's and then you can even do knee raises for abs.
For a really good shoulder excercise do a handstand against a wall and do push ups in this position.
More groundwork for abs include jacknives, sit ups, janda sit ups, double crunches ect ect ect. The list is endless.

but most only have a treadmill or two and a stationary bike. Just do exercises like pushups and pullups and run.
