hi kristi! i've seen you post around and i'm glad you've decided to create a journal here! welcome!
i would definately remove that PB from your PWO shake. fats slow down the nutrient uptake of protein and carbs you need. i would also add in 1c skim milk and have at least 1 full banana instead of .5...not enough carbs.
how many cals are that total?

Welcome! Whey Gourmet makes a great Choc pb shake. I make a post workout smoothie with it and it tastes like a reese's choc pb cup.

Welcome and Good luck with starting a journal! You meals look really good! Maybe you could add in some more veggies, especially at dinner? I would add the pb into your pm meal (3.30pm) and get rid of it PWO. I look forward to reading your progress!

Welcome and good luck
I think the timing of your first meal (1.30pm) is too long after your PWO shake. Generally its best to have that first solid meal within two hours of finishing your shake in order to provide your muscles with the nutrients they need for recovery, so at 11.30-12.30pm would be better.

you might also want to try fish oil caps. essential fatty acids boost the metabolism and are great for skin, nails and hair.
do you have a goal in mind or are you just journaling to stay on the wagon?
good luck
