welcome to My Story

intro:
hi my name is dAi, i am 20yrs old, 5'7- 163lbs been workin out since i was 14 and i've been gone for a good minute, need to get back in shape.

this thread is going to be Amazing, so bookmark it ladies and add it to ya favs. because you'll see me transform right before your eyes. Every sunday noon i'll keep ya up to date. or any time...I have no life, i dedicate my life to unemployment check and working out, so that is why i am going to succeed with this program, i've made

Here are my pics on every angle flex or w/o flexing, this what I look like right now....Monday, June 20th. Starting today Im starting my own routine and a balanced diet

My Goals: Gain lean muscle mass, strenght and endurance up to 185/190lbs

My Workout Routine: mon - chest/tri, weds - legs/delts, fri - back/bi

My Balanced Diet:
Protein - 50g per meal
Carbs - 38g per meal
Fat - 17g per meal

495 Calories per meal

training dayz
First 2 meals, w/ UDO's Choice OIL and last MEAL of day
9am: Oatmeal, 2 equal, 5 eggwhites, 1 full, protein shake, udos choice
12pm: Beef patty, brown rice, peas, broccoli, carrots
3pm: Chicken breast, broccoli & carrots, brown rice, peas, udos choice
6pm: Beef patty, spaghetti, broccoli n carrots
9pm: Chicken breast, cup of veggies, broccoli n carrots
12am: Muscle Milk w/ Udo and a beef patty

nontraining dayz
1st, 4th and last MEAL of Day UDo's Choic OIL
9am: Oatmeal, 2 equal, 5 eggs, 1 egg fat, protein, 1 udo
12pm: Chicken breast, spaghetti, broccoli, 1 protein milk shake
3pm: Beef patty, brown rice, carrots and broccoli
6pm: Muscle Milk, Udos, chicken or spaghettis
9pm: Chicken breast, cup of veggis, broccoli n carrots
12am: Muscle Milk w/ udo n beef patty
