Believing their own hype too much.
Lack of quality bowling. McGrath is solid, Gilliespe bowling ****e, Watson very average, then you got part-timers. Need to bowl Bret lee

Too comfortable.
Too long of a break.
Gillespie bolwing like a mug.
Batting top order failing time after time when the pressure is on.
Lack of part time bowlers. We end up with Shane Watson tag teaming with Brad Hogg, and we wonder why we get the **** beaten out of us.
Kasprowicz is the same all the time. He has no variation. At least Watson has a decent slow-ball.
Couple that with Brett Lee being sidelined and Symonds rocking up pissed for an international cricket match and we look like amatuers.
But those aren't excuses that would warrant us playing as badly as we have.

they're just losing all these matches to build up to a HUGE CLIMAX where they'll win by 45 overs... dont worry, they'll shape up

Seriously, you poms have a few wins youre on top of the world. It means nothing, theyll win the tri series, and theyll win the ashes.
Aussie team wasnt at full strength, i dont know how watson is an all rounder on the aussie team, he cant bowl or bat. We had Lee out, and we had symonds out , who is one of our best batsment.
Gillespie was bowling like crap and so was Mc Grath. Hayden looks in good form though, also ponting played like crap, and martin is in good form, so its all a matter of time before they click again.
Then the poms will be losers again....

They took too long a break, 7 weeks is too long, they need a while to play as a team. They'll run into some form and destroy everyone again.
England only beat us by a couple of overs when only one of our bowlers bowled well (McGrath) and 3 batsmen got out in 1 over (how often does that happen?)
I have mentally blocked the Bangladesh game out of my mind, so i can't comment on it
England is a much improved side. Back in the day Australia would've played like **** and still won. But Australia will get better and will win the one dayers and the ashes.
This gives me an idea... i'm starting an ashes thread!

But we have given the Poms a lot of **** over the years. Perhaps its just our turn to cop it for a while. I do love their tabloid headlines, it'll just make it hurt even more when we take the series out from under them.
Oh, and I love how they all cherish their hero Kevin Pieterson, who happens to be born and rasied in South Africa by the sounds of it.

It's just a flukey unlucky streak. 20-over games have a big element of luck, so that leaves 2 proper games they lost. No big deal really.

What's this, the first run of bad form in nearly a decade? Hardly the end of the road.
But yeah, I think they need to get back to playing solid cricket and not trying too hard to live up to their own legend. They played as if they expected to walk out in the middle and spank 300+ every time and then defend any total without effort.
