Isopure Apple Melon?
Just curious if anyone has tried this and can you tell me what the melon flavor is?
Also, is it like a green apple flavor mixed with the melon?
Thx

The RTD is awesome. (all the flavors are). Havent tried the powder. I've heard it's not that good and not that easy to mix.

I've tried all the Isopure flavors out there. Here are my thoughts;
1. Isopure has extra glutamine thrown in (5g per 2 scoops). This gives all their flavors a certain alkaline or blandness.
2. Each of the flavors of Isopure I would term as weak or subtle
3. The fruit flavors (Apple, Alpine punch, etc) are better then their traditional flavors (chocolate, vanilla, strawberries and cream).
I drink Isopure for digestive reasons. No matter how much I drink in a day it goes down without the slightest hint of a problem. 50 grams of protein and 5 grams of Glutamine per 2 scoops is a very nice profile.
peace,
Cherokee

The RTD gave me the runs. I haven't tried the powder (as a result of the RTD's consequences), but was wondering about it. I deploy back to Iraq later this year and was wondering what was a good protein to mix with water. The traditional flavors (choco, vanilla, etc) just don't taste right with water.....so I was looking at the Isopure line-up.
Later.

The Alpine Punch is great. The Apple Melon is nasty. But then again I pretty much guzzle it when I drink as opposed to sipping it like a $100 bottle fine scotch or something.

How does the Alpine Punch powder compare to the bottled Alpine Punch? I love it and if it came in a powder it would be easier on my wallet.

I've tried Apple Melon and while not bad tasting, it is not exceptionally good tasting either. I would definitely try out a new flavor before getting the Apple Melon again.

alpine punch is OK, I did not really care for apple melon. It was drinkable but it left a kind of bad after taste, though most of the isopure drinks do.
