ok so I've recently started dating this new girl, shes 3 yrs older than me, shes 21, i'm 18
anyway, she's more of the conservative shy type, so in the beginning I had to take a more aggressive approach, instead of a "play hard to get, and let her come to me" one.
Here's the story:
We went on a date, to bowling, so afterwards the vibe wasn't right so I didn't kiss her, but we got good kino, and i've been teasing her the whole time, ended the date under an hour.
Then here's the funny part, I talked to my friend, who is also a good friend of hers, and he was talking to her on MSN and found out she said she didn't know it was a date, LOL. She doesn't even know if I like her or not.
Anyway, time pasts, I pretty much went on to mack on other chicks and forgot about her for a bit. Now just last wednesday I was gonna meet up with her to help her study a bit.
What happened was, we went out for lunch instead. Then we went out for icecream and took a stroll around a nice little pond for like 2 hours (yea i know).
This time around, I wrapped my arms around her shoulders and her waist the whole time, she didn't seem to mind. So I thought I was advancing.

So today, I go to this church concert with her, and i've met a couple of her church friends. I wrap my arms around her shoulders a few times, afterwards i grab her waist, she kinda brushed me off.
During the concert we just kept joking around and stuff, good kino, good laughs, good atmostphere overall.
Then when we were leaving, I put my arms around her again, then this time shes like "why do u keep doing that, and brushed me off".

What the ****?

So right now i'm either thinking:

1) This girl is completely inexperienced and has no ****ing idea what's even going on (how can you not know you went on a date? LOL)

2) She didn't want her church friends to see me getting close with her or something?

3) PMS

4) She's dumber than a pile of bricks

So now i'm thinking of just keeping my distance from her for a bit, i'm not gonna call her up or anything, I think I've spent too much time with her already. PUAs please help me out, i've lost my way, help me back to the light!

well sounds like your doing the right thing, playing the waiting game for her to call. but i mean shes 21 and your 18, she probably views you as a kid and doesnt think that way cause your younger then her

Yea I agree liquid, the only reason I've been aggressive is because she's the type of girl that would never take the initiative. So I had to change some of the rules u know what I mean?

I don't know about you but I don't hold my friends when we go out.

...This girl obviously doesnt feel that you guys are "dating"...You even said so yourself. By doing what she did she telling you that your being to clingy. You should be on the same page as this girl, DONT start thinking there is something more then there really is, thats when you become a creep...

Yes I know that, hence why I'm confused, i'm trying to figure out if she's just acting different because she has friends around, or if she's just so dumb she didn't pick up the obvious (which might I add, is already very blatantly obvious).

Hooking up with her or not isn't a big deal, nor am I concerned with it atm, but what i'm curious about is what she's thinking. That's the thing that's bugging me. Right now i'm looking at it as a learning experience than anything, cuz i've never met a girl like this before, and she kinda threw me off my game.
