V2 Swole by Syntrax, creatine replacement...

I have been on the product for about 3.5 weeks and I will share my experiences with you all as a new member.

First off im 19 years old, 6'3 195 with a fairly athletic build and I started working out seriously about 5 weeks ago. I was a tennis and baseball player in high school with minimal emphasis on weight training. Prior to taking Swole I have never taken anything other than ON whey protein. The only other thing im taking right now is that and a multivitamin. I decided to go with Swole because I had a bunch of friends come off creatine with that watery fatty look. I did not want that.

PRICE: At about 31 bucks its not terribly expensive but not as cheap as creatine either. Swole has a competitor known as v12 and thats about 45 bucks with almost the same amount of nutritional value. So in retrospect its not THAT much.

TASTE: Yes I know this a must know for you guys (and girls) with those salavating tastebuds. I have the tangy orange flavor and I can best describe it was tasting nothing more than a fruity drink. I actually enjoy taking it with meals. I would definitely say it tastes a hell of a lot better than some of the creatine stuff ive tried. I have tried the other fruit punch flavor and that actually tastes better, more like ground up sweet tarts

MY CYCLE: I take it as recommended by the bottle. One scoop twice a day with food, 8 hours apart. I will stop after 6 weeks.

MY GAINS: I was kind of skeptical at first but it does in fact seem to be working. My vascularity has increased greatly. Im seeing veins I never saw before. I am lifting 15-20% more in every excercise. For instance, I could usually only bench reps of 165 (yes I know weak but ive never been one for benching). Im up to 200 pounds now with repetitions. 35 pounds in three weeks, not bad. I use to never be able to do dips and now i pumped out 15-20 like its nothing.

VISUAL GAINS: My arms are BIGGER.My chest is getting defined. Im getting lots of attention from both males and females. I gained 7 pounds, I use to be 188. Even with the weight gain I am actually leaner and am extremly close to acheiving a six pack. I see no water retention at all I am on a basic workout plan doing chest/tri's, shoulders/forearms, legs, and back/bi's. I do cardio and abs three days a week. I also play basketball about two days a week. I wish I had pics to show you all...

CONCLUSION: As a beginning bodybuilder I think this stuff does work and is in fact worth the try. Its taste is more than suitable, price wont kill you, and I am seeing gains in numbers and in the mirror. For you more experienced guys I see this as a beginners type supplement, so I would stick to something different...maybe just straight creatine. I will post an update when I am done cycling to see if I experience any deflating.

Someone rep the newbie

Good review man. I took swole v2 about one year ago when I first started lifting and it worked very well. As a matter of fact, I think I will get some to use for the summer and see if I get the same results as I did last year while using it.

Swole has creatine in it, but I had better results with Swole than just creatine monohydrate.

Swole is kind of becoming an oldschool supplement. If you do a search there is a ton of info from the last year. I was on it off an on for almost a year and loved it but i have moved on to better things such as Omega Thunder, jacked and Clout and X-Factor
