my diet
ok, just looking for an opinion. im trying to drop fat/gain muscle, as is everyone else on these boards. football coach told me to lose about 10-15 before camp starts on the 13th of august. here's what my diet will consist of. hopefully i can stick with a basic breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack plan. i stocked up on canned tuna/chicken/salmon, brown rice, apples and canned pineapple, cottage cheese, and boneless/skinless chicken breasts.
meal 1- protein shake, eggs/oats/fruits/cereal (depending on what i feel like)
snack 1 (maybe 2-3 hours later?)- fruit, maybe a string cheese stick or cottage cheese
meal 2- some canned chicken/salmon/tuna or a chicken breast, and some other combination of stuff.
it should go like that for the remaining meals and snacks. how's that look? any tips or hints? i'll be doing cardio, jumping rope, and heavy lifting as well probably anywhere between 3-7 days a week. any help is appreciated.
