any body else thing ahmad haidir has the most visually perfect physique
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/attach...hmentid=169660
obviously he cant take coleman or cutler in a competition, but in my opinion, his physique is visually perfect. has any1 else noticed that bodybuilders of arab descent have remarkable aesthetic physiques (except nasser). i mean like hamadullah aykutlu, mohammad makkawy, mustapha muhammad, and of course ahmad haidir.
post more pics of haidir, he's the absolute sh*t

Actually, look at a pic of nasser before he became a mass monster and he was very aesthetic. He had abs like Haider.

Haidar is awesome. If only his arms had just one more inch, his body would be perfect.

thats an impressive picture. he definitely ranks high on my scale for a visually perfect physique. however, i also like the mass monsters so it's a tough choice to pick between all of the BB's of which one i like more.

definitely one of the tops in my opinion...
arms are lacking a little, but abs more than make up for any flaw he could ever have..

Acutally the best abs in bbing belong to another person.
He was black, in his 40's.
He was in Pumping Iron, competed with arnie and lou. from france, iono his name. In pumpin iron he actually flexed his ab / like moved it lol

I think the most visually perfect physique belongs to Darrem Charles or Victor Martinez, but Ahmad Haidar is very impressive looking. It's about time he got the kudos he deserved on stage.

mid 80's I think, Francois Benfatto
Haidar has the same type of physique, just probably about 20 pound heavier - wich IMO is a much better physique!

I heard in some article somewhere that some bodybuilders get what is called "ab etching" done where they have something removed around their mid-section so it is more detailed. Anyone ever heard of it? I'm just curious because it wouldn't surprise me that someone would do this if they wanted perfect abs/physique.

havent heard of ab etching, but i have heard of ab sketching - apparently some bb actually have outlined thier abs, I guess with a colored pencil or makeup stick or something , to make them appear more cut? Dont know if there is any truth to that but consider the talents of some make up artists, I guess its not too far fetched?!

Nubret's abs are pretty good, but I like Ahmad's better. More symmetrical. I honestly don't know anyone with better abs than him. He's the Abzilla, period.
