I normally dont buy this, but i got it for free when BN screwed up my order.

23g protein
2g fat
4g carbs(1.5 fiber, 2 sugar)
77 scoops per 5 lbs
Price: Same as most WPC, around 28.00 per 5lbs.
Mixability: Mixed quick and smoothly after a few vigorus shakes in the shaker bottle, no clumps or chunks
Taste: I got the chocolate flavor, and it actually is really good for the first few scoops. It takes like very rich choclate, and the after taste reminded me of a chocolate with a cherry filling. However the taste is kind of artificial and gets old after a while. I use it to put in my oatmeal in the morning and it tastes really good.

Artman rating: overall id give it an 8 out of 10 as far as WPC is concerned

I ordered the chocolate and have to say that it is the best tasting powder I have tried yet. However, I've been getting some really bad abdominal pain the last few days. I have never had this pain before and it coincides with my startup of this powder. I looked through the ingredients and it lists "natural and artificial flavorings" Since I don't see any form of sweetener in the ingredients, I'm guessing that sucralose may be one of the artificial flavorings. One of the side effects of sucralose is abdominal cramping.

I'm going to stop using this powder for a few days and see if my condition clears up. If it does, I'll start using the powder again a few days later to narrow down if the powder is really behind it all. I'll keep you updated.

As sucralose is about 600 times sweeter than sugar, there's got to be miniscule absolute amounts in the whey.

Not to say you couldn't be having a reaction to it, but it might be something else in the supplement.

Damn! I was thinking of buying this. Now I can't, and I know why my Cytosport Complete Whey gave me godawful ab cramps.

Champion's Pure Whey Stack, banana flavor is excellent. It's my all-around favorite supplement staple. I mix it in skim milk - disolves COMPLETELY and tastes like a banana split. I buy a lot, costs around 23-24 bucks for a 5 pounder.

The chocolate and vanilla flavors are very good and easy mixing, but banana rules.
