not buling not cutting diet help

i weigh likre 160 right now.
im about 15-20% bf.
o dont want to gain or lose weight i want to stay right at 155-160 but be under 10% body fat.
i train in MMA, do short- high intensity cardio, and work with body weight exercises and kettle bells

what should my diet plan look like with the following workouts and goals?

cut or bulk. pick one. 90% of the people here want to at least stay the same weight but have that weight be muscle. either cut and bulk your way back up, or bulk up and then cut down to that weight.

i want the veyron w16, but i want 4 cylinder gas mileage...

Start hitting the weights, and focus your diet around eating enough total calories to maintain, but making sure you're taking in at least 1.5g of protein per lb.
