not buling not cutting diet help
i weigh likre 160 right now.
im about 15-20% bf.
o dont want to gain or lose weight i want to stay right at 155-160 but be under 10% body fat.
i train in MMA, do short- high intensity cardio, and work with body weight exercises and kettle bells
what should my diet plan look like with the following workouts and goals?
